Level 1: Work on snatch pulls from the hip (high hang)
10 Minute clock:
Level 2: Build to moderate* low hang snatch
Level 1: Build to moderate high hang snatch
*Moderate means heavy enough to provide a response, but light enough that you can look pretty hitting every rep. Limited to 2 misses MAX.
