Reminder: This new cycle is very specific on targeting the technique of your snatch. Do not see the Level 2/1 as a challenge of your overall skill level but rather your skill in the snatch. We are working on becoming more consistent, confident, and quicker with our movement. So, just as an easy way to determine which to do, if you snatch less than your bodyweight, Level 1 is your best bet!
