DERIVE Breathe is our class dedicated to those that need/want to improve their Aerobic capacity and base. Want to improve your efficiency and breathing in workouts? Want to recover from workouts quicker? Look no further. Besides just a 20-40 minute workout session, we will spend parts of each session on the following (but not limited to) topics:
- Proper breathing patterns
- Improving efficiency on mono-structural movements
- Rowing, biking, running technique
- How to apply these skills in WODs
- How an improved aerobic system can assist in any workout
- Wednesdays and Fridays, 6:30PM (Pending)
- $15/month, can start and stop at anytime!
