The DERIVE Performance Targeting Program is a multi-faceted, skill advancement program that focuses on attacking the weaknesses of each athlete's skill set. The objective is to provide a clear and concise individualized programming to assist our athletes in reaching their goals in the most efficient manner possible. In addition to this, each athlete will be assigned a primary coach that will serve as their guide to make sure they are performing any given task to the highest level as well as adjusting any tasks in ways that suits the athlete the best. This is a part of each athlete's membership and programming can be done or made-up on specific days. Athletes must have at least 12 weeks of attendance to our daily classes and programming (min. 4x per week) or 8 weeks if coming with previous CrossFit experience. Speak to a coach about when our next cycle starts!
