Foundations Option 2
Small Group Sessions
- 2 weeks of lessons + workouts, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7:30PM
- PLUS 2 weeks of UNLIMITED membership
- Each day will be spent going over all foundational movements, Olympic lifting and gymnastic basics, and a full workout!
- Assessment of each individual athletes needs, goals, and strengths and weaknesses.
