Foundations Option 1
Private Lessons

Includes:

  • Four, 1-hour sessions, with a designated Coach
  • First month of UNLIMITED membership
  • MAXIMUM one-on-one time
  • Covers ALL information in Foundations course, customized to your time and skill level!

Foundations Option 2
Small Group Sessions

Includes:

  • 2 weeks of lessons + workouts, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7:30PM
  • PLUS 2 weeks of UNLIMITED membership
  • Each day will be spent going over all foundational movements, Olympic lifting and gymnastic basics, and a full workout!
  • Assessment of each individual athletes needs, goals, and strengths and weaknesses.
