Private Lessons

Foundations Option 2
Small Group Sessions


  • 1 week of lessons + workouts, Monday - Thursday, at 7:30PM.

  • PLUS 3 additional weeks of UNLIMITED membership

  • Each day will be spent going over all foundational movements, Olympic lifting and gymnastic basics, and a full workout!

  • Assessment of each individual athletes needs, goals, and strengths and weaknesses.
