HOW TO LOG YOUR DATA!

  1. Click the WORKOUT LOG button below. This will be everyone's tracking sheet.
  2. Duplicate the tab that I made.
  3. Fill in all missing personal data (change the tab name, insert name, program, etc).
  4. OPTIONAL: Protect the tab so only you can edit (click the tab options, Protect, etc)
  5. Log data with as much detail as you prefer. This is our way (plus daily attendance) to track your performance and progress.
