Goal: Working the most important snatch position while building comfort/stability in the OHS. Tall, vertical torso and SPEED under the bar.

75 KBS, 70/53
150 Double-unders
Goal: move as fast as you can, as well as you can. Push through fatigue for the simpler movements, limiting the amount of time you aren't moving.
